A private place
to think together.
Design Partners
A designer-owned studio and gallery in Northwest Portland, selectively available for leadership off-sites, creative working sessions, executive dinners, client gatherings and small commercial productions.
Not a conference room. A place where the room itself helps people pay attention.
Studio WDP is the working home of Weedman Design Partners. It was designed to feel residential, collected and personal while supporting serious creative work.
Your group has the studio to itself. The experience is private, calm and distinctly removed from the ordinary workday.
Executive off-sites
Strategic planning, confidential conversations, board and leadership retreats, visiting executives and small decision-making teams.
Working sessions
Design reviews, brand workshops, product conversations, team planning, presentations and hands-on collaboration.
Private gatherings
Executive dinners, client receptions, milestone celebrations, small team-building events and meaningful evenings around the table.
Small productions
Interviews, editorial shoots, product reviews, fittings, filmed conversations and commercial content that benefits from a real environment.
Distance changes
the conversation.
A neutral, beautifully considered room creates a different kind of focus. People arrive differently. They stay present longer.
Private by design
One group at a time, away from the routines, interruptions and visual noise of the everyday workplace.
Human in scale
Intimate enough for honest conversation, with distinct zones for formal work, casual breakout and a quiet reset outside.
Creative without trying
Original art, vintage furniture, natural light and residential warmth create energy without feeling themed or performative.
A full day in one place
Work, eat, regroup, host a drink and continue into dinner without relocating the team across town.
Use it the way
the day requires.
These are possibilities, not a package. The studio can support a focused meeting, a more social gathering or something in between.
Focused work
Leadership meetings, strategy sessions, presentations, creative reviews and confidential conversations.
Space to step away
Move into the living room, gallery, garden or Clubhouse for smaller conversations, private calls or a change of pace.
Food on your terms
Bring in lunch, work with your preferred caterer, explore the food carts next door or ask WDP to coordinate service in advance.
An easy transition
Move from working session to drinks, dinner, reception or informal gathering without relocating the team.
Every gathering is different. Use the studio as simply or as fully as the occasion requires.
Different rooms, different levels of formality, all connected as one experience.
Gallery + reception
An art-filled entry for check-in, welcome drinks, introductions or a private presentation moment.
Meeting + dining table
Eight chairs, natural light and a display TV that rises from the cabinetry only when the work calls for it.
Living room + fireplace
Residential seating for smaller conversations, interviews, informal presentations or a change in pace.
Kitchen + 108-inch island
A full kitchen and generous island for your own catering, casual gathering or optional service arranged in advance.
Private garden + covered area
Landscaped outdoor space for breaks, lunch, one-on-one conversation or a reset between sessions.
The Clubhouse
A small room tucked into the garden for a quiet breakout, private call, one-on-one conversation or simply stepping away.
One connected
place.
Furnished first-floor plan showing the main studio, kitchen, living area, dining / meeting table, gallery and entry / reception.
The
Clubhouse.
Tucked into the garden, the Clubhouse gives a group somewhere genuinely separate without leaving the property.
Use and setup can be confirmed as part of the booking.
Lunch is next door.
Dinner is across the street.
The studio sits where Slabtown meets the Alphabet District, surrounded by the kind of food, coffee and walkability that makes an off-site feel like a day in Portland.
Nob Hill Food Carts
Multiple casual lunch options, easy individual ordering and the freedom for a team to choose different things without losing time.
Phuket Café
Thai food, cocktails and a lively room for lunch, an executive dinner or an easy transition from working session to evening.
St. Honoré Bakery
Pastries, coffee, sandwiches and French bakery staples for breakfast, a mid-morning break or a simple catered table.
NW 23rd + Slabtown
More restaurants, coffee, shopping and neighborhood character for visiting teams with time before or after the gathering.
Food and beverage are not included in the base rental. Bring in your own order, work with a preferred caterer or ask WDP to coordinate coffee, lunch, drinks or dinner as a separately priced option. WDP can also provide food and beverage service support through a person with OLCC licensing and food-handler certification.
