Home starts before the apartment door.
We design the shared spaces, arrival moments, and everyday details that make a building feel like somewhere people want to live.
Explore multifamily design ↘︎Hospitality belongs at home. Residents experience a building long before they reach their unit.
The lobby, leasing path, corridors, lounges, roof decks, and shared spaces tell them what kind of life is possible there. Weedman Design Partners brings hospitality-level thinking to new multifamily communities, repositionings, amenity refreshes, and residential finish packages. We help developers and ownership teams create interiors that feel distinctive and welcoming while supporting leasing, durability, budget, and long-term asset performance.

A building with a point of view.
Margot's shared interiors were approached like a film set: intentional, character-rich, and designed to make everyday routines feel a little more special. A bold color story, vintage details, custom elements, and repeated visual motifs give the building a memorable identity without losing sight of durability and daily use.
Calm, clear, and connected.
For Slate, a live-work community in Portland's Central Eastside, we designed residential and commercial lobbies, corridors, art moments, and amenity spaces that extend the architecture's modern restraint while making the building feel approachable. The result is a cohesive resident experience, from arrival through moments of work, gathering, and downtime.
Not another generic amenity package.
The most effective multifamily interiors feel specific to the building, the neighborhood, and the people who will live there. Character creates memory. Operational discipline makes it last.
Goat Blocks
A targeted refresh of the leasing lobby and indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. Warm materials, approachable Pacific Northwest textures, and more purposeful gathering areas renewed the resident experience without requiring a wholesale reinvention.
Repositioning + amenities
Doppelgänger
For this award-winning boutique development, we curated the unit finish and fixture palette. Clean lines, natural materials, and disciplined selections created a residential experience that feels elevated, warm, and built for long-term livability.
