There are two ways we might receive information about you.

If you reach out through our contact form or by email, you share details like your name, email address, phone number, and information about your project. We use that only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to work together.

If you simply browse our website, our hosting platform (Squarespace) and — with your consent — Google Analytics automatically collect some technical information: your approximate location, browser and device type, which pages you visited and for how long, and how you found us. None of this identifies you personally.

Yes, we use cookies — but we ask before placing any non-essential ones on your device. When you first visit our site, a banner gives you three choices: accept all cookies, decline all non-essential cookies, or manage your preferences individually. If you decline, analytics cookies are not set, and Google Analytics does not activate.

You can update your preferences at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in our footer.

Our cookies fall into two categories.

Strictly necessary cookies are required for the site to function and are placed regardless of your preference. These are set by our hosting platform, Squarespace, and we cannot disable them. They include security tokens, session identifiers, and basic platform analytics that Squarespace uses to operate the service.

Analytics cookies are only placed if you click "Accept all." These are Google Analytics cookies (_ga, ga7163TC7366, _gid) that help us understand overall traffic patterns — things like which pages are most visited. The data is aggregated and anonymous; it cannot be used to identify you individually. Analytics cookies expire between 24 hours and 2 years depending on the cookie.

We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or session recording tools.

No. We do not sell your personal information — not to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.

The only third parties that receive any data related to your visit are Squarespace (our hosting platform, which operates the site infrastructure) and Google (which processes analytics data if you've consented to cookies). Both operate under their own privacy policies. We do not share the information you give us through our contact form with any third party.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it's used, to request that we delete personal information we hold about you, to opt out of the sale of personal information (we don't sell it), and to exercise these rights without being discriminated against.

These rights aren't limited to California residents — anyone can ask us what information we hold about them or request deletion of contact form data they've submitted. Just reach out.

We aim for it to be. Our goal is to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA — the widely accepted standard for web accessibility — which means the site should be navigable by keyboard, compatible with screen readers, have sufficient color contrast, and include descriptive text for meaningful images.

Because our site is built on Squarespace, some accessibility behavior is determined by the platform itself rather than by us directly. We rely on Squarespace's own accessibility commitments for those elements.

We know there may be gaps, particularly where content we've added — images, documents, or embedded media — isn't fully optimized. We take this seriously and address issues as we find them.

Please tell us. If something on the site is preventing you from accessing content or completing a task, we want to know and we'll do our best to help — whether that means providing the information in another format or fixing the issue directly.
