Brix Wine Cafe
A neighborhood dining room with the polish of an elevated wine bar.
Elegant enough for date night. Easy enough for a Tuesday.
Weedman Design Partners has been a concept and design partner to this growing restaurant group since 2007, and Brix — now the flagship of five properties in Woodinville, Washington — is where that partnership shows up at its fullest. The goal was never "the new restaurant." It was the neighborhood dining room: an easy, inviting space built around the elegance of a European wine bar and the unmistakable comfort of the Pacific Northwest.
Give the room some height
Tall coved ceilings and oversized pendants give the dining room a sense of occasion before a single plate hits the table.
Let materials carry the elegance
Warm wood, channel-tufted leather, and custom ironwork carry the feel of a European wine bar without the room ever turning formal or fussy.
Design for a Tuesday and a big night
The layout works just as well for a quick weekday dinner as it does for a slower, more immersive one, without the room ever feeling like it's choosing sides.
Three moves that make an everyday spot feel like an occasion.
