Brix Wine Cafe

People gather in places that feel good. We designed Brix to feel less like “the new restaurant” and more like the neighborhood dining room—an easy, inviting space where guests can linger, connect, and come back often. The vision was to capture the elegance of a European wine bar with the unmistakable comfort of the Pacific Northwest, balancing warmth and richness without sacrificing simplicity or polish. Soaring ceilings meet amber-lit banquettes, creating an atmosphere that feels elevated and effortless all at once.

Site-inspired art and metalwork bring texture and personality to clean lines, while the layout supports the rhythm of an everyday hotspot with the flow of a more immersive experience. Located in the heart of a vibrant Woodinville, Washington plaza, Brix is the flagship of five properties. Weedman Design Partners has been a concept and design partner with this growing restaurant group since 2007.

What we did: We led concept and interior design through documentation and implementation, including custom furniture and fixture design, procurement coordination, and full project management to carry the experience from vision to opening.
