FULL Creative’s headquarters at 11th & Main transforms a mid-century warehouse into a workplace built around environmental sustainability and day-to-day flexibility. We leaned into the building’s honest bones—high ceilings, exposed structure, and a sense of openness—then layered in vintage pieces and warm materials to create a studio-like environment that feels restored rather than renovated.

In keeping with the theme of creative reuse, we sourced reclaimed materials from the site itself and repurposed them throughout the space. The project’s signature moment is a decommissioned freight elevator, secured to the second floor and reimagined as an intimate conference room—an unexpected nod to the building’s past that became part of the team’s daily routine.

What we did: We led the design from concept through permit and construction documentation, guiding materials, lighting, and furniture decisions while managing procurement and full project management to bring this adaptive-reuse headquarters to life.
