Office Design Consultants for Modern Workplaces
Your office is more than a place to sit at a desk. It’s where ideas are shared, clients are welcomed, and teams grow.
We approach office design as a balance of productivity, comfort, and brand expression. Every project begins with understanding how your people work today—and how you want them to work tomorrow—so we can design a space that supports focus, collaboration, and well-being.
Much of our office work in the Portland area involves tenant improvement (TI) projects—spaces that need to be reimagined for growing teams while respecting the building’s constraints and opportunities.

FULL Creative / 11th & Main – Adaptive Reuse Headquarters (Portland, OR - Central Eastside)

Sustainable design was central to the project, with extensive use of reclaimed on-site materials and a decommissioned freight elevator reimagined as a signature conference room. Generous ceiling heights, vintage furnishings, and exposed structure create an honest, inviting workplace that feels both grounded and inventive. The final environment reflects the client’s values while supporting flexible, modern work modes. Learn more about this featured project on our site here.

Your Questions, Answered
-
Office interior design costs vary based on scope, timeline, and the complexity of the space—especially for tenant improvements. After an initial conversation and a site visit, we develop a detailed proposal tailored to your goals, constraints, and decision-making process. If you’re considering a move, renovation, or TI build-out, we recommend reaching out early so we can assess the space and help you plan with clarity before key decisions are locked in.
-
Yes. Tenant improvement projects are a major part of our work, and they often require careful coordination across the landlord, architect, engineers, and contractor. We design with buildability and permitting in mind, so you’re not forced into last-minute redesigns when construction begins.
-
Absolutely—and it’s one of the smartest times to bring us in. We can create test fits, confirm program needs, and flag constraints that could affect budget or layout. This gives you leverage and clarity before you commit to a space.
-
Timelines vary based on scope, permitting requirements, and construction conditions. Most projects move through phases—planning, design, documentation, permitting, and construction—each with its own pace. We help you map a realistic schedule early so expectations are aligned from day one.
-
We begin with planning and space layout—understanding your needs, how your team works, and what the space must support—then develop the interior architecture and design details required to build. We also provide furniture selection and procurement support, along with art coordination, so the finished office feels cohesive and intentional from construction through installation. Your proposal clearly outlines scope, deliverables, and what’s included for your project.
-
Yes. Office projects succeed when everyone is aligned, and we’re used to working as part of a larger team. We coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, structural teams, and contractors to keep decisions consistent and prevent gaps between design and construction.

-
Yes. We plan offices to support real workflows—focus, collaboration, calls, and culture-building—without wasting square footage. We also consider flexibility so your workplace can adapt as your team and needs evolve.
-
Yes. We will develop a furniture plan aligned to your budget, brand, and performance needs, then coordinate specifications and ordering support. We also help ensure the final installation feels intentional and complete, not piecemeal.
